The Pressure Care Assistant attaches securely to a single bed by means of linen flaps which can be tucked in under the mattress at the position required to bring the wool protection and comfort to the part of the body selected, be it the feet, knees, pelvic area, shoulders, or head. The XD1900 wool gsm sheepskin reduces shear and friction and successfully wicks moisture which all work to minimise skin damage and ulceration.

Products are warranted to withstand 50 washes at up to 80°C for required infection control. Manufactured with a unique Airtec process, a matrix of holes is introduced into the sheep skin to promote air circulation and reduce perspiration by allowing the skin to breathe.
